1.1 Scope of Agreement

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and juta1 ("Platform"). These terms govern all aspects of using juta1 services, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus use, participation in games and communication with customer service. These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and any relevant promotion terms.

1.2 Amendment of Terms

juta1 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Continued use of the platform after such amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these terms from time to time.

1.3 Language of Agreement

These terms are provided in Malay and English. Should there be any conflict in interpretation between the two language versions, the English version will be used as the definitive reference for dispute resolution purposes. The Malay version is provided as a convenience for Malaysian players.

2.1 Player Eligibility

To register an account at juta1, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Not be legally prohibited from participating in gambling activities in your jurisdiction
• Register as an individual, not on behalf of a business entity or third party
• Not have an existing juta1 account or one previously closed due to fraud
• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at juta1. Registering multiple accounts using different or similar information is strictly prohibited. juta1 reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate accounts detected, and to withhold any related balances during the investigation process.

2.3 Password Security

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact juta1 customer service immediately via live chat 24/7.

2.4 Identity Verification

juta1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes a copy of your MyKad or valid travel document, proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

juta1 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10. All deposits must come from a legitimate source of funds and be in the name of the registered player.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour from the time the request is approved. juta1 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering verification requirements.

3.3 Source of Funds

Players confirm that all deposited funds are their own and are not derived from illegal activity. juta1 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines. Any transaction showing signs of suspicious activity will be frozen pending investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150, bringing the balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus value before any withdrawal is permitted. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement is met may be withdrawn.

4.2 VIP Cashback

Members of the juta1 VIP programme are eligible for weekly cashback based on their membership tier. Bronze tier receives cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver tier up to 1.0%, and Gold tier up to 1.5% per week. Tier upgrades are based on activity and playing loyalty. Cashback is automatically credited to the account at the designated period.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

juta1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if a player is found to be exploiting promotions or using strategies intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. The decision of juta1 management in such matters is final.

5.1 Age Verification

juta1 takes age restriction responsibilities seriously. All players are required to confirm they are aged 21 or above before depositing or playing. Players found to have provided false age information will face immediate account closure and freezing of all balances.

5.2 Self-Control Tools

juta1 provides self-control tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Players may contact our customer service to request daily deposit limits or betting limits. 5.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the platform may do so by contacting the juta1 support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within a reasonable time. During the exclusion period, the player's account will not be able to access any games or make any transactions.

6.1 Platform Liability Limits

juta1 provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The platform will not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or events beyond our control, including internet disruptions, third-party service provider system failures, or force majeure events.

6.2 Nature of Games

All games offered at juta1 involve an element of chance. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. Game results cannot be predicted and no strategy guarantees a win. Players understand that losses are part of the gambling experience.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, juta1 will endeavour to restore the player's account to its last verified state. In cases where restoration is not possible, juta1 reserves the right to make an assessment based on available system logs and transaction records. The management's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which juta1 holds its international licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to a competent arbitration body. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that body.

7.1 Account Closure Rights

juta1 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Breach of any term in this document
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation
• Suspected use of automated software or bots
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities

7.2 Voluntary Closure

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting juta1 customer service. Before the account is closed, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, or the bonuses will be forfeited. Any remaining balance (after conditions are met) will be returned via an appropriate payment method.
